Carys and Will, St. Peters Church and Moat House Barn, Dorsington, Warwickshire, Wedding - February 2015

This weekend I spent a day carrying out a family photoshoot. During the day I was chatting to one of the members of the family about being self employed and how much I enjoy it. Not only is it wonderful being your own boss, but in my case (and for many others I am sure) it is amazing to be able to do something you truly love for a living (and believe me I know what its like to have the opposite experience as well…. so am I always extremely thankful to be doing so).

Carys and Will's recent wedding was the perfect example of this. As I noted in my recent post, they really are the perfect couple… both for one another but also to work for. I enjoyed every second spent in their company and their wedding was no different, even slightly inclement weather wouldn't stop me from describing it as the perfect day. Not only did I have a wonderful time taking their photographs, but going back through them all during the editing process has been a joy.
