It's always good to visit a new wedding venue and back in early June I was lucky enough to be asked to be Jen and Nicks Wedding Photographer at Burton Court in Hereford.
The day started in the Herefordshire village of Pudleston (we have some great place names in the UK don't we!) where I met up with Jen for her preparations before making my way down the road to the local church for the ceremony. I should say a big hello to Anastassia who did such a great job with make up on the day.
Now, the weather forecast for the day was something I had been keeping a very close eye on in the run up to the day as it wasn't to good to put it mildly. However, we were lucky and the rain held off at the church allowing everyone to get outside.
However, by the time we got to Burton Court it was chucking it down.... I mean the rain was going sideways... not good.
But.....
On the menu for entertainment was a turn by the wonderful 'Leominster Morris' (of whom Jens father is a member). They apparently have a 100% record for bringing good weather and what would you know, but as soon as we all stepped outside the clouds broke and the sun made a very welcome appearance. They maintained their undefeated record!
